Shipping policy

Currently all local delivery are done by our team (The Wine Cartel SB).

Local Delivery (Kuching): Same day delivery or as request. For orders above (RM 1,000.00 or 6 bottles)  we provide Free Local Delivery within a radius of 10 km of Kuching. For orders below (RM 1,000.00 or 6 bottles), a (RM 10.00) delivery fee will be charged for delivery up to 10 km. There will be STRICTLY NO REFUNDS for any delivery charges.

Nationwide Shipping by Poslaju is available across West Malaysia, Sarawak & Sabah: 3 - 5 business days. Tracking will be provided through SMS or email after order has been shipped out.                                                        

We strive to deliver your purchase within the shortest time possible. All orders are processed as soon as the transaction is confirmed and delivery will be done the next business day (excluding public holidays and Sundays). For urgent delivery (for weddings, events and more) kindly call us at 082-597 555 or 010-982 4859 to arrange an immediate delivery.
