A wine made from the Albarín grape variety (100%) from the Tierra de León Designation of Origin.
Faced with the near-disappearance of this grape variety, we decided to commit to its development following successful results in micro-vinification trials. The grapes are oval-shaped and a brilliant yellow-green color. An early-ripening variety, it yields wines that are highly aromatic, unctuous, and full-bodied.
The wine is brilliant yellow with greenish hues. It offers aromas of fresh fruit, with notable vegetal and herbaceous nuances. On the palate, it is fresh, fruity, and acidic, with significant body and a flavorful, persistent finish. It is well-balanced.
Perfect for pairing with fish, pasta, seafood, and rice dishes that are not heavily spiced.
