Born from vineyards planted by Grandfather Juan. Each vineyard or plot is vinified separately, then blended before being aged in barrels. The diverse soils—each contributing its own unique complexity—come together to create a powerful, concentrated wine with subtle, lingering, and elegant aromas. On the palate, it is round and substantial, rich in flavor, and remarkably fresh. An ideal pairing for hearty, flavor-packed dishes.
