Jameson is very smooth and finely balanced, carrying on the triple distillation tradition of its founder, John Jameson, while adhering to the pot still character he created in 1780.
The distinctive Jameson flavour is produced by blending unpeated pure pot still and grain whiskies after lengthy ageing in oak casks; this process is managed from "grain to glass" at the Midleton Single Distillery in Cork.
